Services: We provide commercial cleaning services as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Services are limited to the scope agreed upon.
Scheduling & Access: Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or per service). Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure the work environment is safe and free from hazards.
Damage & Liability: While we take great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
Satisfaction: Any service concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours so we can address them promptly.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Delivery (Service) Policy

Service Fulfillment: Cleaning services are performed on the scheduled date and time agreed upon with the client.
Delays: While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified when possible.
Missed Appointments: If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, the service may be considered completed or rescheduled at the client’s expense.
Service Area: We provide services within our designated service area in Utah.

Refund Policy

No Cash Refunds for Completed Services: Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed.
Service Corrections: If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24–48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional cost.
Eligibility: Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion if we are unable to resolve the concern.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Recurring Services: Ongoing service agreements require written notice (typically 7–30 days, depending on the contract) to cancel recurring services.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
